We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will:

1. Act as a role model for junior staff and adhere to the NMC code of conduct.
2. Lead the supervision of nursing staff at Band 5 and below, exercising good leadership and control, and take charge of the ward regularly.
3. Liaise with patients and their relatives to keep them informed of treatment progress and provide advice and support.
4. Report any complaints or adverse events to the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, including actions taken, in accordance with Trust policies.
5. Assist in planning duty rotas, organize 24-hour nursing cover, ensure adequate skill mix, address staffing shortfalls, and inform the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.
