Ward Sister/Charge Nurse

We are seeking a Ward Sister to join our established team at Clifton Park Hospital and be part of our exciting journey.

You will deliver exceptional clinical care to surgical patients, working with a dedicated team and reporting directly to the Ward Manager. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your nursing experience by managing a varied surgical case mix.

You will use your excellent clinical and evidence-based knowledge to contribute to service development across the perioperative pathway, identify opportunities, support individuals in delivering high-quality patient care, and be responsible for department operations in the absence of the ward manager. You will foster a positive, blame-free, and forward-thinking culture while supporting staff to meet their goals.
