Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for a named patient caseload, including responsibility for patients’ property and valuables
• Help create a therapeutic environment that meets the needs of patients, relatives and carers
• Work with other members of the multidisciplinary team
• Follow Trust objectives, policies, protocols and guidelines
• Promote critical and analytical approaches to care and contribute to implementing change
• Participate in audits
• Keep clinical skills and knowledge up to date and maintain awareness of clinical issues
• Act as shift coordinator when the Ward or Departmental Manager and their deputy are absent
