The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-registration experience and 2 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the ward, ensuring efficient use of staff and resources, and providing the highest quality patient care. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Medicine on Ward 26 for a dedicated, enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced nurse to join the team as the permanent Ward Manager. Ward 26 comprises 29 beds, specialising in Diabetes and Endocrine Medicine. The ideal candidate will confidently and supportively lead the team and share a commitment to delivering the highest quality care, providing excellent patient experience and continuous improvement. Essential for this post is a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience and a minimum of 2 years leadership experience or equivalent.
