Job description

Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) - Mental Health Hospital GBP5,000 WB

Location: Attleborough (Must be living in the UK)

Position: Ward Manager (RMN Qualified)

Hours: Full time - Days

Salary: up to GBP24.29 per hour / GBP47,375 per year (based on 37.5 Hours) plus GBP5000 Welcome Bonus

Contract: Permanent

Qualifications and Experience: Must be a qualified first-level registered nurse with the NMC, registered with social Work England or HCPC, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in mental health. Must have experience as a Ward Manager in a hospital setting and be fully eligible to work in the UK.

Role Responsibilities: Coordinate the quality and management of nursing and patient care, manage the clinical environment, participate fully with the multidisciplinary team, undertake direct patient care, ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards, provide supervision and support to staff, and contribute to staff development and progression.
