We are looking for an experienced Ward Manager (RMN / RNLD) to join us on our Female Complex Mental Health and Autism Ward at Cygnet Harrow.
Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
Our acute in-patient psychiatric services offer assessment, diagnosis and treatment for individuals with a wide range of psychological and emotional problems, including those who are detained under the Mental Health Act.
This role is based on Springs Ward,our service for women with mental illness and/or autism, with other complex needs. The service offers a robust environment for women to achieve their goals in order to progress towards greater independence.
With high staffing levels the service aims to help individuals stabilise and enable them to safely return to the community, or the least restrictive environment for them, as quickly as possible.
