We seek a professional, confident Ward Manager (RMN) to lead, inspire, and oversee excellent care delivery.
Must have experience dealing with external stakeholders, including CQC, safeguarding, and commissioners.
The hospital offers a low secure service for women and CAMHS services for adolescents of all genders across three wards. Adult services focus on independence, family links, and discharge readiness, with an emphasis on community access, therapy, and meaningful activities. CAMHS services support young people in PICU or general wards, with multidisciplinary teams and educational support.
