We are looking for a confident Ward Manager (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will work 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday with on-call expectations) at Cygnet Hospital Sheffield, making a positive difference in the lives of our service users.

Job responsibilities

We seek a professional, confident Ward Manager (RMN) to lead, inspire, and oversee excellent care delivery.

Must have experience dealing with external stakeholders, including CQC, safeguarding, and commissioners.

The hospital offers a low secure service for women and CAMHS services for adolescents of all genders across three wards. Adult services focus on independence, family links, and discharge readiness, with an emphasis on community access, therapy, and meaningful activities. CAMHS services support young people in PICU or general wards, with multidisciplinary teams and educational support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high standards of nursing care and serving as a role model
