Ward Manager ( RMN ) – BRAND NEW CAMHS / Eating Disorder Hospital
Salary – £52,000 to £55,000 per annum
Location – Crawley, Surrey
Hours – Permanent – Full Time
Shift Pattern – Mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and nights to support supervision and on-call duties.

We seek an experienced Senior Nurse (RMN) or (RNLD) for a new specialist Eating Disorder hospital caring for children aged 13–18, based in Crawley, Surrey.

Requirements

• A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
• Valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• At least 2 years of eating disorder experience as a nurse in the UK
• Strong teamwork skills

• Providing clinical leadership and expertise
• Supporting a unified service and engaged workforce
• Ensuring high standards within the Clinical Governance framework
• Supervising nursing staff effectively
• Serving as an expert resource on nursing care within the specialty and collaborating as part of the multidisciplinary team
• Maintaining a positive, collaborative environment to enable staff to deliver high-quality care, staff welfare, and training
• Taking charge of the ward
