Are you looking for a Ward Manager role in a leading mental health care provider in Leeds?

Search are working with a national healthcare provider to recruit a RMN ward manager for their hospital, specialising in the care of adult women with complex mental health needs.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Clinical Leadership of the ward including governance and quality
• Managing the clinical and non-clinical staff, contributing to their development, including recruitment and supervision
• Providing part of the leadership team and attending meetings with third parties and outside agencies.

• Are a qualified RMN with an active PIN
