Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) across Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing:

• Provide visible, hands-on clinical leadership and expert guidance to nursing teams.
• Ensure high standards of patient care through evidence-based practice.
• Oversee the operational management of the ward, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead on recruitment, performance management, appraisals, and staff development.

What we’re looking for:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Strong leadership experience within a hospital ward environment.
• Confident managing and developing nursing teams.
• Experience from either the NHS or independent sector is welcomed.
