Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Ward Manager to lead a dedicated nursing team on the Potters Bar ward. You will deliver high-quality care to young people and adults with acute mental health needs and supervise staff across the ward.

Working alongside the senior Nurse, you will manage the on-call service, budgets and foster a positive learning environment, role-model leadership and ensure safe, evidence-based practice within a compassionate culture.

Qualifications

• A relevant nursing qualification.
• NMC registration.
• A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
• A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
• Relevant experience in a similar environment.
• Proven track record of leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the nursing team to provide high-quality care to young people and adults with acute mental health needs.
• Empower recovery and deliver supervision to staff across the ward.
• Manage the on-call service and ward budgets.
• Lead by example and act as a role model for the nursing team and learning environment.
• Create a positive learning environment and foster multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Designated to take charge of the ward.
