An exciting opportunity with the NHS as a Band 7 Ward Manager within the forensic division, providing specialist care for patients with serious mental illness. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Ward Manager to join our existing leadership team within the forensic division.
You will become an intrinsic member of the senior management team and assist in the development of the forensic services in-line with the strategic goals and vision of the service
The forensic division provides specialist care and treatment for people with serious mental illness who are detained under the Mental Health Act in a secure environment. Our service users are adult males who may have been detained in the judicial system, or who exhibit high risk behaviour.
You will work collaboratively with the wider team and Modern Matron to ensure we provide excellent care to our patients.
You will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic and will provide inspirational leadership to your multi-disciplinary team.
As a Ward Manager you will provide effective leadership and management to staff to promote high performance standards both individually and as a team, in order to achieve the Trust's objectives and priorities.
