Salary: £47,000

37.5 hours per week

What We're Looking For In A Ward Manager

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Strong leadership and clinical management experience
• Passion for rehabilitation and person-centred care
• Ability to manage teams, resources, and service development
• Experience in inpatient mental health settings (desirable)

Located near Preston, this site provides a safe and therapeutic environment for men aged 18+ with mental illness or personality disorders, including those detained under the Mental Health Act. Our goal is to empower individuals towards independence and recovery in a supportive setting.
