Ward Manager
Location: Tadworth, Surrey (KT20)
Salary: £49,220 per annum + Benefits
Hours: Days - 9am to 5pm - 37.5 hours
Time Recruitment are searching for a Ward Manager for an established and highly awarded mental health provider with over 90 services across the UK overall; an international mental health and learning disabilities provider they are the preferred and mostly exclusive provider for the NHS for outsourced nursing care!
As a Ward Manager here you will be working in a recovery focused rehabilitation unit specialising in treating males 18+ who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental illness or personality disorder or may be stepping down from secure services.

As a Ward Manager here you will complete the following duties regularly:
- Management and leadership of the team
- Staff development and skill mixing
- Recruitment, retention and performance management
- Budget management, materials and equipment
- Quality management and standards
- Managing clinical interventions
- Clinical governance and audit
We are searching for a Ward Manager who has:
- NMC registration - RMN/RNLD trained
- 2 years management experience
- Desire for change and innovation
- Ideally NVQ level 5 in leadership and management - can be endorsed also!
