Job description

Ward Manager
Location: Tadworth, Surrey (KT20)
Salary: £49,220 per annum + Benefits
Hours: Days - 9am to 5pm - 37.5 hours

Time Recruitment are searching for a Ward Manager for an established and highly awarded mental health provider with over 90 services across the UK overall; an international mental health and learning disabilities provider they are the preferred and mostly exclusive provider for the NHS for outsourced nursing care!

As a Ward Manager here you will be working in a recovery focused rehabilitation unit specialising in treating males 18+ who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental illness or personality disorder or may be stepping down from secure services.

  1. Management and leadership of the team
  2. Staff development and skill mixing
  3. Recruitment, retention and performance management
  4. Budget management, materials and equipment
  5. Quality management and standards
  6. Managing clinical interventions
  7. Clinical governance and audit

We are searching for a Ward Manager who has:
  1. NMC registration - RMN/RNLD trained
  2. 2 years management experience
  3. Desire for change and innovation
  4. Ideally NVQ level 5 in leadership and management - can be endorsed also!
