Chelwest is seeking a Ward Manager to lead the Richmond ward in our Planned Care Division at Chelsea and Westminster and provide professional development for the nursing and support team. You will ensure high standards of patient care, lead auditing of practice, and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff across our two main acute sites.
You will deputise for the Matron when needed and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent, patient-centred care in a busy NHS trust

To be responsible for the overall management of the clinical area, Richmond ward and the professional development of staff within Planned Cared Division.The Ward Manager will provide advice and support to the whole multidisciplinary team in caring for patients. On occasions, the post holder will deputise for the Matron in their absence.
