The Ward Manager Provides Visible, Compassionate Leadership And Is Accountable For The Delivery Of Safe, Effective, And Person‑centred Mental Health Care Within The Ward. The Post Holder Ensures Safe Staffing, High Clinical Standards, And a Therapeutic Environment That Supports Recovery. They Lead And Develop The Nursing Team, Promote Evidence‑based Practice, And Work Collaboratively With The Multidisciplinary Team To Ensure High‑quality Patient Outcomes.
