Job summary

Priory Hospital Glasgow is seeking a Ward Manager in Mental Health Nursing to join our Nursing team in Glasgow. This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers a competitive salary of up to £50,329 per year, with compensation between £44,375 and £50,329 depending on experience.

You will provide clinical leadership for the Eating Disorder Unit, oversee day-to-day operations, manage staffing and compliance, and promote a safe, compassionate environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• An experienced Mental Health Nurse with at least two years leadership experience.
• Experience supervising nursing or care staff.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
• Trained Assessor/Supervisor (or willingness to achieve).
• Computer literate.
• Willingness to undertake further clinical, leadership and management training.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a clinical environment.
