As a ward hostess you will help to enhance our patient well-being and their experience in the hospital . Working closely with other hospital staff you will be expected to deliver a greatlevel of customer service to all patients, visitors, staff and various stakeholders.

Ward Host (Epsom)

Role is based primarily at Epsom General Hospital

You will be responsible for providingan efficient food and beverage service to patients on wards ensuring that food and beverages meets patients` medical, dietary and cultural needs.

You will help to prepare the service areas with the necessary equipment, such as crockery, serving utensils, condiments. In addition, you will be responsible for food preparation and production, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and food handling, whiles ensuring all food served to patients is easily accessible.

Full Time & Part Time Contract Available:

(Shift pattern will include evening and weekend working)

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust provides a range of medical services to approximately 490,000 people living across southwest London and northeast Surrey. In addition, we provide more specialist services, in particular renal and neonatal intensive care, to a wider area, covering parts of Sussex and Hampshire.
