You will support the professional staff with the overall care of patients in the ward, working in partnership with the NHS to deliver scheduled treatments to private and NHS patients. Main duties of the job
  • Be part of a close-knit, collaborative team committed to providing the highest standards of care to patients and their families.
  • Assist in clinical and technical responsibilities, including administrative duties such as welcoming patients, explaining the department layout, demonstrating how to summon assistance, and identifying fire exits.
  • Prepare patients and communicate any concerns to the nurse in charge.
  • Ensure all patient test results and records are accurately maintained.
