Earsham Ward is a 38 bedded ward for patients over the age of 60 who have sustained a fractured neck of femur. Patients are often admitted directly from the emergency department. The Ward Clerical Officer is an essential part of a Ward team, helping to streamline the work of the ward and support all members of the ward team to provide a quality service. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
