NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Health Records support role in a ward environment. The post involves reception duties, patient enquiries and updating demographic information on the patient management system.
The appointment is a permanent contract with full-time (36 hours) or part-time (20.24 hours) options. Initial base at Glasgow Royal Infirmary; flexibility across NHSGGC locations may be required.

To support effective clinical care by providing an efficient Health Records service to patients in a ward environment. To ensure patient’s health records are administered and processed accurately and remain confidential.
The post holder will provide cover in multiple wards as and when required. The post holder will be expected to undertake all duties such as reception of patients, answering telephone, appointment booking and maintaining demographic information on the patient management system.
Band 2 roles are not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa routes.
