A major healthcare provider in Glasgow is seeking a Health Records Clerk to manage patient health records effectively. Responsibilities include assisting with patient reception, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have prior clerical experience and strong customer service skills. This is a part-time, permanent role at 22 hours per week, with potential shifts from Monday to Wednesday.

We are seeking a Health Records Clerk to support clinical care by providing efficient management of patient health records in a ward environment. The role involves ensuring records are accurately administered, confidential, and processed appropriately.
The successful candidate will cover multiple wards as needed, undertaking duties such as patient reception, answering phones, booking appointments, and maintaining demographic data on our management system.
This is a GGC-wide post, initially based at Gartnavel General Hospital, with the possibility of transfer to other locations.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
