Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for x2 Ward Clerk's based at University Hospital Crosshouse. There are fixed-term posts for 12 months.
What you will do:
You will work within the Clinical Assessment Unit reception area providing a clerical and reception service, receiving patients and members of the public as they arrive at the hospital. Duties include the maintenance and filing of patient confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and out-patient appointments using the computerised patient administration system, answering telephones and relaying messages.

Post 1: Fixed-term, 12 months, 23.96 hours per week
Post 2: Fixed-term, 12 months, 23.82 hours per week
