Overview

Ward Clerk on Acute Medical Unit (Admissions). You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ward. As a key member of the administrative team, you\'ll manage patient records, coordinate appointments and provide essential support to healthcare professionals. This role covers the medicine care group and requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Interested applicants must have excellent communication skills, be a good team player and enjoy meeting and working with the public. Basic computer skills are required, and NHS experience would be an advantage; full training will be provided on the use of hospital computer systems.

The successful applicant will be expected to provide admin support for the wards and units. Previous applicants need not apply.
