Job summary

Pulse Staffing Limited is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a hospital pharmacy team in Kent. Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Medicines reconciliation experience in a hospital setting (essential).
• ACPT qualification desirable but not essential.
• NHS hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake medicines reconciliations for patients on hospital wards.
• Perform accuracy checking duties where appropriate.
• Conduct controlled drug (CD) audits and support compliance.
• Provide patient counselling on medicines and support safe discharge processes.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and ward teams to optimise patient care.
