Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician (MMT/ACPT) for a ward-based role in West London. You will support medicines management, reconciliations, experienced ACPT, and work with pharmacists and nursing teams to deliver safe patient care.

The role emphasizes medicines optimisation, accurate history taking, and ACPT duties in an NHS hospital setting, requiring GPhC registration and ACPT status.

Qualifications

• Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Hold Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) status.
• Possess NHS hospital experience, ideally ward-based.

Responsabilités

• Provide ward-based medicines management services to support patient care.
• Undertake medicines reconciliation and obtain accurate medication histories.
• Perform ACPT duties in accordance with local policies and procedures.
• Support the safe and effective supply of medicines across the ward.
• Identify and resolve medicines-related issues with pharmacy and clinical teams.
• Promote medicines optimisation and contribute to improved patient outcomes.
