Job summary

Pulse is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Band 5 Pharmacy Technician (MMT/ACPT) to join a pharmacy team in West London. This ward-based role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality medicines management services and ensuring safe and effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered with GPhC and ACPT status are essential.
• Ward-based NHS experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong medicines management knowledge and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide ward-based medicines management services to support patient care.
• Undertake medicines reconciliation and obtain accurate histories.
• Perform ACPT duties in line with local policies.
• Support safe and effective supply of medicines on the ward.
• Identify and resolve medicines-related issues with pharmacy and clinical teams.
• Promote medicines optimisation and contribute to patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
