A national health service is seeking a full time Ward Administrator for Beech Ward at Torbay Hospital. This role involves providing administrative support in a mental health setting, interacting with patients and families, and managing various administrative tasks. An excitingadministration opportunity has arisen to work within Beech Ward at Torbay Hospital. We are looking for a full time (37.5 hours) Ward Administrator to join us on a fixed 1 year term contract.
Beech ward is a 16 bedded inpatient Mental Health Ward thatsupports primarily older adults with functional mental health difficulties.

The post-holder's role will be to work in partnership with the Ward Manager and MDT as Ward Administrator in the team ensuring high quality administrative support that will enable the provision of the best possible care to service-users.
This role is interesting and varied, some of the main duties include:
Serving as the first point of contact in the ward;greeting patients and their family members and answering the doors to the ward.
