Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Acute Services Medical Directorate, providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our Senior Charge Nurses and teams.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Educated to Standard Grade level; possess RSA/SCOTVEC qualification or equivalent or relevant experience.
  • Excellent keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and experience of a hospital environment would be advantageous; knowledge of NHS systems and processes, however training will be given.
  • Previous administrative experience and knowledge of confidentiality and safe handling of information/GDPR is required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • English language competency, numeracy and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively.
