Job description

Five Acre Community Farm, a well-established CSA based outside of Coventry, is looking for a full-time grower. We are seeking a grower with experience to join our team producing organic veg and fruit all year round for our community of 90 households.

The successful candidate will work alongside our farm manager and volunteers and will be expected to play a key role in crop production and farm upkeep. The role is 4.2 days average per week, with an annual salary starting at £20,620 pro rata, along with statutory holiday allowance and a pension offered.

This is a great opportunity to work in a well-resourced growing operation alongside an experienced farm manager with a committed steering group and volunteers. Five Acre Community Farm supplies field-scale organic veg to our members for 50 weeks of the year from our field and polytunnels. We also have an orchard and perennial growing area.
