Owing to a growing pipeline of project-related works, EGIS is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Wales and West Regional Lead - Associate Director. Ideally you will be based in Cardiff or Bristol with extensive experience in the UK Transportation sector.
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with rail experience to join our Transportation Business Line to lead our Wales and West Region. You will be responsible for leading a high performing team and will be instrumental in the growth of Egis within the region, whilst also safely delivering £50-m portfolios of challenging rail infrastructure projects, for clients such as Network Rail, Transport for Wales, HS2, Train Operating Companies and many more.

Profile
Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Attributes
Essential:
Member of the Association of Project Management (or equivalent).
A degree or equivalent.
Relevant experience in project management and delivering complex rail projects.
Experience implementing GRIP, PACE, Pathway or other project management methodologies.
Strong NEC3 contract administration experience.
Ability to interrogate project programmes (P6 and/or MSP).
Strong financial management/control experience.
YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK
