A fire safety management company is seeking an experienced Waking Watch Supervisor to oversee fire safety patrols, manage the Waking Watch Officers, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations. Training can be provided for fire marshal/fire safety certification. This role is critical in maintaining professional standards and ensuring safety on-site.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in security, fire safety, or related sector preferred.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts.
  • Fire marshal/fire safety training (desirable but training can be provided).
