What will you be doing?
  • Supporting individuals with learning difficulties aged 20-60 in their own homes, helping them live independently and actively participate in their community
  • Assisting with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, managing finances, and socialising
  • Empowering individuals to make decisions and pursue their goals and hobbies
  • Supporting relationships with friends and family

The ideal candidate is patient, outgoing but not loud, enjoys outdoors, watching films, trains, and discos. Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-in nights, weekends, and bank holidays, is essential.
