Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker for our Children’s Residential Home. You will be awake during the night, providing a calm, consistent presence and safeguarding support to children and young people.

Role involves monitoring wellbeing, responding to incidents, documenting logs and handovers, and assisting with bedtime and morning routines to maintain a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment.
