Support Worker Role at Real Life Options

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team and help individuals live independent and fulfilling lives. This role involves supporting three gentlemen in a supported living service, including working with individuals with behaviours of concern and epilepsy. You will work on a 1-1 basis, supporting with finances, shopping, cleaning, cooking, attending medical appointments, and personal care.

Requirements:

• Ability to work over 24 hours per week and reside near YO26.
• Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
• An enhanced DBS check is required.
• Having your own transport is advantageous due to the role's location.

Shift Pattern: 8pm to 8am (12-hour shifts)

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
