A leading housing support organization in Elgin is seeking a Waking Nights Home Support Worker to promote independence and provide care in a supportive environment. Remuneration: Salary £23,210 (Probation rate)
Salary £24,250 (upon completion of successful probation)

About the Role
Hanover are excited to be recruiting for a Waking night Home Support Worker in our Chandlers Court Very Sheltered Development in Elgin. This role involves working on a rota basis, working a 4 on 4 off shift patterns.

As part of your role, you will be required to work flexibly and as a lone worker on site. This Permanent Waking night Home Support Worker - Chandlers Court, Elgin role involves working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 9.45pm- 7.15am. This rota is a rolling rota to support a work life balance. You will be working as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered flexibly, innovatively and in a dignified, safe and stimulating way. Promoting independence and encouraging customers to exercise choice.
Able to use Microsoft or equivalent applications competently.
