Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a full-time Night Support Worker to join our team. We seek motivated and dynamic applicants who will support our clients in line with our ethos. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and able to handle all situations arising from the nature of our clients. No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided, but effective communication in a focused, solution-based manner is important. Our clients are based in Liverpool, Sefton, and Wirral. The role involves working hours that may include nights, weekends, and weekdays, typically between 9pm and late, to meet client needs and support a psychologically informed approach.
