Overview

Learning Disability and complex care Night Support Workers

Call On Me is a family run business who are looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our complex care team. The right individuals will need to be passionate to drive forward high standards of care & support.

Full Time & Part Time positions are available.

We are proud to advise we now hold the licence for sponsorship, as approved by the home office for workers in the uk with the right to work. (T&C's apply)

Desirable
  • Experience of working with clients with learning disabilities, neurodivergent and complex needs
  • Full uk driving licence
  • Ability to cover night hours, on a Saturday, Sunday and Monday night for annual leave cover.
Essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player
  • The sensitivity required to provide a trusting and stimulating environment along with being passionate about supporting people.
  • A genuine desire to make a real difference in people\'s lives
  • A positive and willing attitude to create and follow a personalised service for every individual that we support.
  • Be willing to help with all aspects of the support role which may include personal care.
  • Ability to work, on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday night, between the hours of 8pm- 8am.
Working Hours

Fixed rolling rota.

Position 1- Tuesday 8pm-8am, Wednesday and Thursday nights, 10pm-8am

Position 2- Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night 8pm-8am

Patterns of nights can be negoiated, and discussed at application stage.
