Job summary

CareTech Community Services is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker in Hartburn to help children and young people grow in a safe, nurturing residential setting. You will support routines, meals and activities, building trust and confidence while fostering a supportive environment.

No prior care experience is required; applicants with transferable skills from retail, hospitality or education are welcome. DBS checks are required for all roles and safeguarding is emphasized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines; getting them ready for school, preparing meals and planning activities.
• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build positive relationships and provide emotional support.
