The Royal Mencap Society is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join their incredible team in Caister-On-Sea. In this part-time role, you will support individuals with learning disabilities, providing essential assistance and emotional support. £12.21 per hour + plus excellent benefits
Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking a passionate Waking Night Support Worker (Part-time/18hrs, permanent) to join our incredible team in Caister-On-Sea.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their lives.

All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your personal and social life!
There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
