Job Advert

We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our service in Bridlington for 27 hours per week.

Shifts are 3 nights per week, from 10pm to 7am, including weekends and bank holidays.

What does a Waking Night Support Worker do?

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide an outstanding level of support that contributes significantly to the well-being of the people we support, helping them live more comfortable, dignified, liberated, and happy lives.

  1. Personal care – supporting individuals to bed at their preferred time, carrying out regular checks, and assisting with toileting as needed.
  2. Performing light household tasks during the night, such as ironing, cleaning, and updating supported individuals' information on our digital systems.
  3. Maintaining the safety of the house.
  4. Getting the people we support ready for the day ahead.
  5. Ensuring the home environment is clean and tidy.
  6. Supporting people to stay safe overnight and meet their health needs.
