Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Aberystwyth for waking nights.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive.

Role Overview:

As a Support Worker, you'll make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and building meaningful relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract Options:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours
  • Part-time: from 16 to 34 hours

Shift Times:

All services are 24-hour care. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
