Job summary

Creative Support's Duston service in Northamptonshire is seeking warm and enthusiastic Waking Night Support Workers to provide care during the night and promote residents' independence.

You will be part of a values-led team, with a guaranteed probationary period and funded training up to NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care. Full or part-time night shifts across 2–4 nights per week are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Warm, respectful and enthusiastic approach required.
• Probationary period with enrollment in NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to promote healthy living and independence.
• Provide waking night support in Duston service.
• Engage service users in personal development and community activities.

£12.85 per hour

We are looking for respectful, warm and enthusiastic Waking Night Support Workers to work in our Duston service. We ensure that the service users we support enjoy opportunities for personal development and engagement within their local communities.

You will work with the people we support to promote healthy living and independence.

You will have a warm, caring nature, and a commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives. This unique and challenging opportunity will provide you with an environment that encourages personal and professional development. After successful completion of the probationary period, you will automatically be enrolled in the NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma and you will receive ongoing training to best meet the needs of the service users.

We can offer full or part time hours over 2, 3 or 4 nights per week
