Salary: £25,584 - £27,269 + Excellent benefits

Our residential houses support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. We aim to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care.
Working as a Residential Support Worker involves being part of a young person's daily life, supporting them through their highs and lows. Your role will help young people regain their childhood and develop pathways to become well-rounded adults, making this a highly rewarding position.
We value the small victories and the positive changes you can make, despite challenges. Your responsibilities include caring for the daily needs of our young people, supporting their education, independent living skills, organizing activities, completing paperwork, and creating a homely environment.
Evenings and weekends are dedicated to fun activities like gaming, sports, cinema visits, or go-karting, making your workday enjoyable.
