Job Description:

Excellent opportunity to join our team of overnight responders at the Lochgilphead service.

Driver essential – company car provided

The Lochgilphead Responder Service provides an effective and efficient response to known risks that occur unexpectedly, such as falls and other accidents. The service also offers planned supports. The responder approach helps ensure individuals remain safe and well in their own homes, reducing ambulance call-outs and hospital admissions. It promotes greater independence by moving clients through a risk-managed process, reducing reliance on sleepover services or 2:1 supports where appropriate.

The service impacts emergency and community services positively. Having a team of well-trained and responsible staff reassures those we support that help is always available, enabling many individuals to feel safe at home. We look forward to developing and expanding this service to make positive changes for the people we support.
