Ariya Neuro Care is seeking a Waking Night Rehabilitation Support Worker for our Barnsley residential service. The role runs from 10pm to 8am on a rotating rota, including weekends, with a supportive induction, shadowing and development opportunities.

The role:

We're looking for a proactive person to join our rehabilitation service on nights. Our service in Barnsley is a high-quality environment, with a focus on developing people. We provide a great induction programme with supportive shadowing shifts and development opportunities.

The role is from 10pm until 8am and the shifts are based on a rota basis, including some weekends. Training will be during day-time hours.

The ideal candidate would be happy both working on their own and within a team, be proactive and have a good sense of humour. The team are really friendly, welcoming and supportive and there are good training and development opportunities.

The waking night team support individuals to develop a good sleep /wake cycle and offer reassurance and support overnight. This role also involves some personal care, cleaning duties and some paperwork to prepare the service for the next day.
