Waking Night Recovery Worker - 1 (Whitehaven, Cumbria)

Location: Lowther Street, Whitehaven, Cumbria

Salary: GBP 23,810 FTE

Hours: 30 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Recovery Worker to join our Crisis service in Whitehaven. In this role, you will support individuals on their recovery journey by providing innovative recovery and crisis interventions. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering 'client-led' recovery and safety plans, helping clients regain control over their challenges, and maximizing their independence. You will also liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure clients access a full range of services.

About You

You likely have experience in the mental health field. You are caring, consistent, flexible, creative, and able to work well under pressure. You have excellent communication skills and are passionate about breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health.
