Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. in Aslockton, Nottingham, is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to join a residential care home and support residents with daily living tasks.

You will provide personal care, assist with mobility and nutrition, and help maintain emotional wellbeing by offering a friendly, familiar presence to residents living with age-related illnesses.

Qualifications

*Calling all experienced Health Care Assistants!*

We have an exciting opportunity available for experienced HCA’s to join our agency and work alongside a brilliant care team within a reputable residential care home located in Aslockton, Nottingham.

The 65-bed residential home provides the highest standard of care for people over the age of 65 who are living with age-related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

As a care assistant within this lovely residential home, you will be following tailored care plans that meet the needs of the residents.

You will be responsible for providing personal care, such as toileting, showering and dressing.

You will aid their mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.

You will be supporting the emotional wellbeing by engaging with residents, in a friendly manner and acting as familiar face.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about care in all areas and willing to take on a challenge.

For this role, you must have;

• A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care Home or Nursing Home
• A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
• All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
• A passion to make a difference
