A leading care service provider is seeking a Waking Night Team Leader to support an 18-year-old client with complex care needs in the Rugby area. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and demonstrate passion and flexibility in caring for individuals with specific health challenges. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure a successful induction into this critical role.
Waking Night Team Leader required for an eighteen-year-old male who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and complex care needs living in the Rugby area.
We are seeking a flexible specialist team leader to work 2-3 waking nights a week as part of a rota and supernumerary admin hours. You must have experience of managing a team and supporting families.
Our client has complex care needs, he is PEG fed, requires suction, and he is wheelchair dependent. He is a happy young man, and he loves interactions with his siblings, school, and his care team. He requires support with all activities and daily living.
Working Hours:
Night shifts are from 21.45pm to 09:15am providing 2-1-night care to our client.
Full training is provided as well as a comprehensive induction. You will have a full induction to the role supported by our experienced support team.
