Job description

Right at Home supports vulnerable adults in the local community who need care and support in their own home. We can offer you full training and flexible hours to work around your availability to make sure that those who need help will get it. We have 8 hour, 10 hour and 12 night shifts available midweek and during the weekend, so if you can help us in supporting the most vulnerable, please get in touch today.

We are looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our Clients during this testing time.

Duties will include:

Providing welfare checks and a high standard of care to service users throughout the night. Duties could include medication, continence support, mobility or pressure relief, and general care to individuals within their own homes and regular record keeping.

Requirements of a Waking Night Care Assistant:
  • Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle is desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility with travelling across all areas of operation
  • Previous experience working as a Waking Night Carer or Care Assistant
  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others
  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Health Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
